Excellent location just a couple of stops outside of the main tourist centre of Kyoto. Very nice quiet neighbourhood with a nice wine bar down the road and an easy coin laundry a few minutes walk away. A really great property to have that authentic Japanese feel and of course the hot tub is a very welcome addition after a long day exploring the shrines and markets. Perfect for a family.

Whole house really beautiful, and 2nd floor even got a phonograph recorder with the instructions of how to use it. Really cool. 4. Got welcome drinks in the refrigerator, really nice.

Beautiful house. Great location. Very spacious. Classic vibe yet very modern. Bath was massive and filled up very fast. WIFI was great. Fully equipped with everything you may need. You cannot cook but they provide you with a big list of online and nearby restaurants. No need to fiddle with keys as all you need is the keypad code.
